Responsible Play

Play should be entertainment. If it stops being that, the controls below take effect immediately and there is no waiting period to turn them on.

Controls you can set

Purchase limits — a daily, weekly or monthly ceiling. Increases take 24 hours to apply; decreases apply instantly.
Session reminders — a prompt after a period you choose.
Cool-off — lock your account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
Self-exclusion — 6 months, 1 year, 5 years or permanent. This cannot be reversed for its stated duration, including by support, and we will not send you marketing while it is active.

Set any of these from your account settings, or ask support to do it for you. We never ask why.

Signs worth taking seriously

Playing for longer or for more than you meant to, repeatedly.
Playing to win back what you lost.
Borrowing money, or hiding how much you play from people close to you.
Feeling anxious, low or irritable when you are not playing.
