Getting started

3 answers
Do I need to download anything?

No. Every platform runs in your browser on desktop. On mobile you can add the lobby to your home screen for a full-screen experience — see our install guide.

How long does signing up take?

About a minute. You need an email, a mobile number and your date of birth. Identity verification comes later, before your first redemption — not at signup.

Do I need a separate account for each game system?

No. One account covers all nineteen. Credentials for each platform are issued from your lobby — you never register directly with the game operator.

Coins and free play

What is the difference between Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins?

Gold Coins are for entertainment play only and have no monetary value. Sweeps Coins are the promotional entry method and can be redeemed once played through, subject to the rules in our terms.

Is it really free to play?

Yes. No purchase is necessary to play or to win, and buying does not improve your odds. Free Sweeps Coins come with signup, the daily spin, promotions, and by written postal request.

Do Sweeps Coins expire?

They expire if an account is inactive for 180 consecutive days. Any activity resets the clock.

Redemptions

How do I redeem?

Open Cashout in your account, choose the amount and the destination. Sweeps Coins must have been played through at least once to be eligible.

How long does a redemption take?

It depends on verification status and your payment provider’s settlement window. We review every redemption before it settles, and we will not quote a guaranteed time — anyone who does is guessing.

Why do I need to verify my identity?

Age and identity checks are a legal requirement, and they protect your account from someone else redeeming against it. Verification is one-off, before your first redemption.

Are there limits?

Yes, and they vary by game system. Each platform page lists its minimum and maximum. They are set by the game operator, not by us, and can change.

Accounts and eligibility

3 answers
Who can open an account?

Anyone 18 or over, physically located where participation is lawful. The platform is void where prohibited and is not available in every US state.

Can I have more than one account?

No — one per person, per household, per device. Duplicate accounts are closed and their Sweeps Coins voided.

How do I close my account?

Email support and we will close it. If you want a break rather than a closure, cool-off and self-exclusion options are on our responsible play page.

Didn’t find it?

Support answers by email and live chat. We will never ask for your password, and we will never ask you to move the conversation to another app.
