Create your account

  1. Sign up

    Email, mobile number and date of birth. You must be 18 or over. It takes about a minute.

  2. Confirm your email

    We send a link. Click it and your lobby unlocks — you can browse and play straight away.

  3. Verify before your first redemption

    Photo ID and proof of address. One-off, and it is what stops anyone else redeeming against your account.

Launch a game system

  1. Pick a platform

    From Platforms, Link2Play or any game page. Thirteen systems, all under your one account.

  2. Get your credentials

    Issued automatically from your lobby. You never register separately with the game operator.

  3. Play in the browser

    Nothing to install on desktop. On mobile, add the lobby to your home screen first — see the install guide.

Load a platform (recharge)

  1. Choose the platform

    Open Purchase and pick which system to load. Your wallet balance is shared; the game balance is per platform.

  2. Coins move across

    Sweeps Coins leave your wallet and appear in that game’s balance. Your wallet drops by the same amount.

  3. Check both balances

    Wallet and game balance should always reconcile. If they do not, contact support before playing on.

Redeem your winnings

  1. Move coins back

    Redeem from the game balance into your wallet. It appears in your transaction history immediately.

  2. Request the payout

    Open Cashout, pick the amount and destination. Sweeps Coins must have been played through at least once.

  3. We review, then it settles

    Every redemption is reviewed. Timing depends on verification and your provider’s window — we will not quote a guaranteed time.

Promotions and bonuses

  1. Check what is live

    The Bonus Lounge lists every active promotion with its actual rules, not just a headline.

  2. Read the conditions

    Validity window, required action and any cap. If a promotion has a limit, it is stated on the card.

  3. Bonuses credit automatically

    No codes to enter. If one does not land within an hour, contact support with the timestamp.

VIP tiers

  1. Tiers are earned, not bought

    Progress comes from play activity. There is no way to purchase a tier.

  2. What each tier unlocks

    Higher tiers raise your redemption ceiling and shorten review times. The ladder runs Iron to Platinum.

  3. Track your progress

    Your current tier and distance to the next are in your account.

    Available to every registered account. No purchase, no minimum activity.

  2. Odds are shown first

    The reward set and the chance of each are displayed before you spin.

  3. Rewards credit instantly

    Straight into your wallet, and recorded in your transaction history.

  1. Share your link

    Found under Referral in your account. It is unique to you.

  2. They get coins on signup

    Your friend receives their bonus as soon as they register and verify their email.

  3. You get yours once they play

    Credited after they meet the stated condition. Weekly cap applies — accounts you control do not count.
